AI Engineer

We are a rapidly scaling startup on a mission to build the next generation of Autonomous AI Agents. We’ve moved past the "wrapper" stage and are deep into developing sophisticated reasoning engines that solve complex, real-world workflows.

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience who is a Python expert at heart and has a genuine passion for the evolving world of Generative AI. If you want to build production-grade AI systems that actually ship, we want to meet you.

The Role

• Core Backend Development: Design and implement robust, scalable backend architectures in Python to support complex agentic behaviors.
• AI Integration & Optimization: Develop and optimize LLM-based workflows, focusing on reasoning loops, RAG pipelines, and memory management.
• Production Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code that handles high-concurrency and complex asynchronous tasks.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside our R&D and Product teams to translate AI research into scalable, customer-facing features.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in Backend development.
• Python Mastery: Deep expertise in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and a strong grasp of asynchronous programming
• AI Passion: You are more than just a user; you are deeply immersed in the LLM ecosystem, staying up-to-date with the latest models, prompting techniques, and agent frameworks.
• Engineering Mindset: A strong foundation in system design, data structures, and building for scale.
• Team Player: You enjoy working in a collaborative environment where high-quality code and peer reviews are the standard.
