We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to build and oversee our core finance functions, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and seamless treasury operations from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

1. Financial System & Process Setup: Establish and maintain the company's entire accounting system and financial procedures, ensuring alignment with both Israeli statutory requirements and Chery Group's corporate policies.
2. Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all aspects of the general ledger. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
3. Treasury & Cash Management: Take full responsibility for daily cash flow management, including monitoring bank accounts, processing payments (local and foreign), and managing currency exchange. Implement effective cash forecasting and working capital management strategies.
4. Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all Israeli tax regulations, including the accurate and timely filing of VAT, corporate income tax, and other statutory reports. Serve as the primary liaison with local external accountants, auditors, and tax authorities.
5. Financial Reporting: Prepare timely monthly management accounts and financial statements. Provide regular financial analysis and insights to the Country Director and headquarters to support strategic decision-making.
6. Budgeting & Internal Control: Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Develop and enforce strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency.

What You'll Need:

· Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA/CA or equivalent Israeli professional certification (e.g., Rotem CPA recognition) is highly preferred.

· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and treasury roles. Proven experience setting up finance processes in a start-up or subsidiary environment in Israel is a strong advantage.

· Knowledge & Skills:

·Essential: In-depth, practical knowledge of Israeli GAAP, tax law, and VAT procedures. Proficiency with local accounting software.

·Essential: Strong, hands-on experience in daily treasury operations, banking, and payment processing.

·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with a major ERP system is a plus.

·Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a high level of integrity.

· Languages: Fluency in Hebrew and professional working proficiency in English are mandatory for financial reporting, communication with headquarters, and liaising with local banks/authorities.

· Other: Proactive, able to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Annual Gross Salary:
