Responsibilities

• Design and develop the next generation of SysAid's leading SaaS platform, built on a Node.js microservices architecture and deployed in the AWS cloud.
• Build enterprise-grade, high-performance, and scalable backend services following modern best practices and coding standards.
• Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies and tools to maximize development efficiency, maintainability, and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, and Designers to deliver robust APIs and seamless integrations that power innovative user experiences.
• Leverage AI-driven development tools (such as Claude, Cursor, or LLM-based automation) to accelerate coding workflows, optimize performance, and maintain a competitive edge in the evolving tech landscape.
  
  

• 5+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in Node.js.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and query optimization.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Practical experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda) and messaging/streaming tools like RabbitMQ, SQS, Redis, and Kinesis.
• Familiarity with caching layers (ElasticCache, Redis), search engines (Elasticsearch), and API Gateways (API GW, NLB).
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript for scalable backend development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
