Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-Month Maternity Leave replacement)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global company for a 12-month maternity leave replacement. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for local hiring while partnering with global TA/HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality hiring process.

Your day will include:

• Own full lifecycle recruitment process.
• Source candidates using effective and creative outreach techniques.
• Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.
• Manage all external recruiting agencies in an effective manner.
• Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement.
• Support other recruiting efforts and projects as necessary.
• Plan and initiate recruitment workflow (including screening calls, assessments and coordinating in-person interviews)
• Source using diverse online channels to attract the best potential talents
• Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience (in-house preferred)
• Experience in technological recruiting
• experience as a recruiter in a Global company
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator in English.
• High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism
• A team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.-advantage
