We’re looking for a Knowledge Manager to turn information into structured, accessible knowledge for our operational teams. This is a temporary role with the possibility of extension, based in Petah Tikva.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain knowledge repositories
- Keep content up-to-date with operational changes
- Support training programs and courses
- Ensure knowledge quality and provide actionable reports
- Drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years in Knowledge Management, Training, or Process roles
- Experience in service centers or operational environments
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Office skills
- Experience with knowledge systems or SharePoint – a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
