🚀 Assistant Controller

A fast-growing global technology company is looking for an Assistant Controller to join its finance team in a key role with broad exposure to the company’s financial operations.

This role works closely with the Controller and is involved in core financial processes, including monthly closings, budget control, reporting, and cash flow management, while collaborating with multiple departments in a dynamic, international environment.

📍 Location: Tel Aviv

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly and yearly financial closings

• Control expenses and payments

• Monitor and manage cash flow and forecasts

• Handle financial reporting for subsidiaries

• Analyze budget vs. actual and prepare management reports

• Manage and control fixed assets

• Improve financial processes and internal controls

• Lead ad-hoc financial projects across the organization

Requirements

✔ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory

✔ Big4 background – mandatory

✔ 1–2 years of experience in an Assistant Controller or similar finance role in a global company

✔ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas)

✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems – mandatory

✔ High proficiency in English (spoken & written)
