We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to help shape and expand Grain’s product platform as we continue to scale. In this role, you’ll work across core product capabilities as well as new initiatives that expand Grain’s platform and unlock new opportunities with partne

rs.You’ll own the full product lifecycle - from product discovery and market research through launch and iteration - while working closely with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate them into product strategy and roadmap decisio

• Own product initiatives across Grain’s platform, from research and problem definition to launch and itera

tion.• Lead product discovery - through customer interviews, market research, and competitive anal

ysis.• Translate insights into roadmap priorities, strategic initiatives, and clear product requirem

ents.• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver high-quality features and platform improvem

ents.• Identify and drive the implementation of opportunities where automation or AI technologies can enhance internal workflows or customer-facing product capabili

ties.• Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly across teams and stakehol

ders.• Create clear product materials to support business development efforts, articulate Grain’s product value, and demonstrate solutions across key partner use c

Qualific

ations
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within a B2B, SaaS, or fintech s

tartup.• Strong experience leading products end-to-end - from discovery and validation through launch and ite

ration.• Strong ability to synthesize customer insights, market signals, and data into clear product opportunities and prio

rities.• Comfortable working directly with customers and partners as part of the product exploration and development p

rocess.• Strong interest in AI technologies and their product applications, with the ability to identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven capabilities into products and wor

kflows.• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create clear product narratives and present

ations.• Strong technical fluency, including experience working closely with engineering teams; a degree in a technical field is a stron

g plus.• Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, or FX/hedging domains is a strong adv

antage.• Experience working or studying at US-based companies or universities is
