Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a passionate and experienced QA Integration Tech Lead to take ownership of quality across company’s products and to lead QA team efforts from both technical and managerial perspectives. As a senior, hands-on QA Integration Team Lead, you will lead the technical direction of a Team, shape testing methodologies, and ensure the reliability and quality of software-hardware integrated system features using manual and automation testing powered by AI.

You will excel in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities, maintaining excellence, accountability, and strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across the R&D department in Agile methodologies.

What You Will Do

• Lead and mentor a team of SW/ HW/ RF Integration engineers
• Perform hands-on manual/ automation testing of complex SW-HW integrated systems
• Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Own quality throughout the full product lifecycle, from requirements to final deployment on the customer side
• Plan QA activities based on business and technical priorities, adapting quickly to changing needs
• Work closely with all R&D teams
• Identify risks, prioritize issues effectively, and ensure timely and high-quality deliveries
• Strengthen the company’s quality culture by promoting ownership, accountability, and collaboration
• Lead the QA team technically, providing hands-on guidance and setting high standards for quality
• Manage and operate QA labs, including Traffic Generators, Satellite emulators, RF equipment, and more, while supporting off-shore teams remotely
  
  

• Minimum 3+ years of QA experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead/Team Leader
• Experience as a QA Tech Lead or Team Lead (preferred)
• Strong background in manual or automation testing of complex systems
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following domains:
• Networking
• Cloud/ Virtualized environment
• 5G
• RF/ Wireless/ Satellite/ Hardware- Software solutions
• Automation/ Scripting (dev & testing)
• AI-based
• Energetic, proactive leader with strong ownership, independence, and accountability mindset
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
