BI Developer
We are looking for an experienced BI Developer / Analytics Engineer to join a Core Data & Analytics team.
If you’re passionate about building scalable data models, defining core business metrics, and driving real business impact through data – this one’s for you.
📌 Responsibilities
✔ Gain a deep understanding of the company’s business and data domains
✔ Lead the implementation and adoption of a modern BI platform, building core data models and dashboards
✔ Work closely with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to design and launch analytical applications
✔ Take part in building and evolving the company’s semantic model
✔ Define and implement key company metrics and business logic
✔ Support and promote a conversational AI analytics solution, ensuring high-quality, reliable outputs
✔ Introduce AI-based tools to enhance analysts’ efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
✔ Drive adoption of data products across the organization
✅ Requirements
✔️ 6+ years of experience in Data Analysis and BI Development
✔️ Extensive experience with modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
✔️ Strong background in data modeling and defining business metrics
✔️ Proven experience working with complex datasets and multiple data sources
✔️ Deep understanding of data pipelines – from raw data to business-ready layers
✔️ Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
✔️ Methodological, detail-oriented, and product-driven mindset
