Core Systems Team Lead Opportunity

COMBLACK is looking for a Core Systems Team Lead to join a leading financial organization.

This is a key role leading a development team responsible for mission-critical core systems in the fintech and payments domain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers and system engineers

• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle – requirements, development, testing, and release

• Work with Git / GitLab for version control

• Operate Control-M and handle complex real-time issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing development teams

• Experience with core systems / mission-critical environments

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or payment processing – required

• Experience with Git / GitLab and Control-M

• Experience with COBOL or Python – a plus
