Information Security & Cyber PMO Opportunity
COMBLACK is looking for an Information Security & Cyber PMO to join a leading organization.
This is a unique opportunity to join an advanced information security and technology division, take part in strategic organizational initiatives, and manage work plans, budgets, and vendor engagements at a high level.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a PMO, Analyst, or Senior Executive Assistant – required
• Experience working with procurement processes, including creating purchase requests, receiving goods, and managing vendors – required
• Familiarity and experience in the fields of Information Security and Cybersecurity – required
• Experience managing and monitoring budgets, including monthly and quarterly reporting – required
• Strong ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports (including for board-level meetings)
• Excellent organizational skills, strong self-management, and strategic thinking
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with AI tools, Business Intelligence (BI), and task management and planning tools – required
• Experience managing annual work plans – an advantage
