Release Manager Opportunity

Comblack is looking for a Release Manager to join a leading financial organization in the Shfela region.

This is a great opportunity to take part in managing and leading end-to-end release processes across Web, Backend, and Mobile platforms in a complex, technology-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end release processes for all platforms (Web, Backend, iOS, Android)

• Coordinating and executing regression tests, load tests, and pilot releases

• Working closely with development teams, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and DevOps teams

• Managing release forums, status meetings, and release risk assessments

• Improving release management methodologies and implementing tools such as Jira and Confluence

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in Release Management within large technology organizations

• Experience managing Mobile releases for iOS and Android

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with release management tools such as Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD

• Experience managing deployments and releases in complex multi-environment systems

• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps processes, and supporting tools

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to drive cross-team collaboration
