Role Overview:

Lead innovative digital initiatives that connect business needs with advanced technology solutions, improving patient experience and optimizing internal healthcare processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end digital and IT projects from requirements to implementation
• Define business and technical requirements (hands-on analysis)
• Work closely with development and integration teams
• Implement digital systems and support organizational adoption
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing large IT / digital projects
• Proven experience leading projects involving development and system integration
• Hands-on experience writing business and technical requirements
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Experience in healthcare systems – advantage
• Experience with laboratory systems, digital health, UX or healthcare technologies – significant advantage
