Senior DBA-5508

A leading technology company is looking for an experienced Senior DBA to join our CRM team.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in database administration, strong PL/SQL development capabilities, and the ability to take full ownership of database systems end-to-end.

This role involves managing and optimizing mission-critical databases, developing complex PL/SQL logic, and designing scalable data solutions that support business processes within the CRM system.

You will work closely with development teams, system analysts, and QA, participate in architectural discussions, perform code reviews, and help define database best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize CRM databases end-to-end

• Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL logic supporting business processes

• Monitor database performance and perform query optimization, indexing, and database structure improvements

• Design and improve database architecture following best practices

• Work closely with development teams, system analysts, and QA

• Perform code reviews and maintain high development standards

• Investigate and resolve production issues including root cause analysis

• Participate in solution design and technology selection with the team lead

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Database (version 10 and above) – required

• At least 4 years of experience developing in PL/SQL – required

• Strong experience in database performance tuning and query optimization – required

• Experience working with CRM systems – strong advantage

• Experience with Oracle GoldenGate – strong advantage

• Experience working with Azure DevOps / Git / Jenkins – advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field – advantage
