🔎 We’re Hiring: Fraud Analyst

Identity Governance & Access Management Department

We are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our team and play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and preventing impersonation and fraud attempts against the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, analyze, and prevent impersonation and fraud attempts by detecting and investigating suspicious activities in company systems
Define anomalies, policies, and processes for fraud detection and prevention
Perform ongoing controls, data processing, and analysis to monitor and prevent fraudulent activities
Investigate incidents and conduct root-cause analysis
Implement insights and improve security and monitoring controls
Develop and build control mechanisms within company systems
Work with internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors and integrators

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in control, monitoring, or analysis roles
Experience in designing and implementing controls within business processes
Strong ability to analyze large and complex datasets
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions)
Experience using SQL for data analysis and investigation
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work in a large organization with multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience with data analysis platforms
Experience with BI tools
Experience investigating business or fraud-related incidents
Familiarity with the insurance industry
