Role Overview:
Responsible for managing the technical support operations and handling complex system, software and network issues in a mixed Microsoft and Google environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage support operations and service request workflows
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting for complex hardware, software and network issues
- Lead work processes, mentoring and service quality monitoring
- Manage users, permissions and core organizational systems
- Work with Microsoft and Google environments
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills in operating systems and software
- Technical understanding of networking (TCP/IP) and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Google cloud environment
- Experience leading a team or managing projects – advantage
