Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, Sole Senior Bookkeeper (Type 3) to support daily accounting operations and monthly closings, up to the Balance Sheet and P&L.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day bookkeeping activities as the sole Bookkeeper
- Data entry of invoices, expenses, bank and credit card transactions
- Recording journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Monthly closing activities, including reconciliations and reports
- Preparation of internal financial reports up to Balance Sheet and P&L
- Supporting procurement and purchasing workflows through Priority ERP
- Maintaining accurate, well-organized financial documentation
Requirements
- Certified Bookkeeper – Type 3 (mandatory)
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proven hands-on experience working up to Balance Sheet and P&L
- Experience with Priority ERP (mandatory)
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, reconciliations, tracking tables)
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
- Ability to work independently in a small startup environment
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
