Product Manager 1978

TSG Group, a leading defense-tech company specializing in Command & Control (C2) software development, is looking for a Product Manager in the Intelligence Research domain.

The position is located in Herzliya.

Role Overview:

Lead innovative technological products in a dynamic and challenging environment, working closely with project managers, development teams, and operational customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and define product requirements by understanding operational user needs and translating them into technological solutions.

• Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept and definition through development, launch, and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with development teams to define technical requirements and build the product roadmap.

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment, meet milestones, and manage technical and operational constraints.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including product demonstrations, feedback collection, and UX improvements.

• Conduct market and competitive research to stay aligned with relevant industry trends.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a civilian technology company.

• Technological military background – advantage for alumni of Unit 8200.

• Experience as an Intelligence Team Commander or Intelligence Officer, with understanding of operational decision-making processes.

• Experience defining and specifying technological systems with operational considerations.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

• Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Advantages:

• Technical background – experience in software development, data, or system architecture.

• Familiarity with technologies such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Docker.
