Role Overview:

• End-to-End R&D: Leading the research and development of core algorithms, transitioning from theoretical models and POCs to production-ready software.
• Precision Navigation: Implementing advanced methods in Navigation, Pose Estimation, and Sensor Fusion to achieve hyper-accurate positioning.
• Signal Processing & ML: Designing and applying Statistical Signal Processing and classical Machine Learning models within a Python-based ecosystem.
• Spatial Computing: Solving complex challenges involving 3D Reconstruction, SLAM, and Robotics to interpret real-time sensor data.
• Data-Driven Innovation: Utilizing large-scale data from proprietary IoT sensors to refine algorithmic performance and spatial reliability.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Algorithm R&D, model implementation, and Data Analysis – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency with the Python Scientific Stack (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, etc.) – Mandatory.
• Extensive experience working with Jupyter Notebooks for research and visualization – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with version control using Git – Mandatory.
• Strong mathematical and theoretical foundation in Signal Processing or Machine Learning.
