Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview:

• MLE Ownership: Serving as the lead Machine Learning Engineer within an elite Data Science team, with full responsibility for bringing complex models to Production.
• Massive Scale Engineering: Developing and deploying ML models in a Big Data environment handling billions of events daily while maintaining strict Low Latency requirements.
• End-to-End Leadership: Leading E2E processes from initial research to real-time prediction services and integration with core infrastructure.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with Product, Business, and R&D teams to translate complex marketing and financial objectives into technical algorithmic solutions.
• Technological Influence: Driving architectural decisions and implementing innovative Real-Time prediction systems that yield immediate business results.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in Algorithm Development / ML Engineering – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on experience with Classical Machine Learning models and methodologies – Mandatory.
• Significant experience working in Big Data environments (Spark, Hadoop, or similar) – Mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python – Mandatory.
• Proven track record of deploying ML models to Production Systems at scale.
• Experience with Real-Time systems and optimizing for Low Latency.
