Who we are:

A global law firm with over 280 years of experience that maintains a premier reputation and has a dedicated Israel team located in Tel Aviv. The team advises multinationals on Israeli business, as well as Israeli companies conducting business abroad, on a range of matters. Over the years, including recently, we have been involved in some of the biggest international corporate deals and disputes involving the Israeli market. 

Who are we looking for:

• A lawyer or recent law graduate (LLB or JD from a leading institution) with an interest in working at a prominent international law firm in Tel Aviv.
• Fluent English speaker and fluent Hebrew speaker (including ability to read and conduct research in Hebrew). 
• Takes pride in their work, appreciates a challenge, is able to articulate their opinion and bring a fresh perspective. 
• Works well in a team, under pressure and can juggle tasks effectively. Also possesses the ability to work independently and take initiative. 
• Will thrive in a prestigious law firm using their ambition, organization, intelligence and thoughtfulness.

What the position entails:

The position is a unique hybrid of business development and legal work:

• Legal drafting and research on a wide range of topics, including M&A, international dispute resolution (with a focus on international arbitration), compliance and others.
• Handling various relationships, both internal (within the firm) and external (with clients and local counsel).
• Forming connections with potential clients, identifying business opportunities and putting together client-facing materials.
• Leading business development initiatives including legal rankings submissions to Chambers and creating tailored pitch decks.
• Handling administrative tasks when relevant.
