We are seeking a Laser Physicist to join our multidisciplinary R&D team at our Rehovot site, working on cutting edge high power fiber laser technologies and integrating them into advanced, multi disciplinary systems

Responsibilities

Research, design, and development of advanced fiber laser systems

Leading laser system development from scientific concept through production and integration

Designing and building optical setups for complex physics experiments

Performing physical simulations and in depth analyses

Conducting both experimental and theoretical work in the field of electro optics

Requirements

M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Electro Optics – must

Broad knowledge in electro optics – must

Proven ability to lead complex experiments and analyze results – must

Creative thinking and ability to work independently – must

Experience in adaptive optics / wavefront sensing – significant advantage

Experience in laser technologies – advantage

Background in building optical systems – advantage
