Research Development Team Lead

What you'll do:

• Full ownership and management of EX.CO monetization serving layer
• Support and manage 99.999 uptime infrastructure products with billions of transactions every day.
• Grow and develop a team of talented and motivated backend developers.
• Own the design, execution, quality, and end-to-end delivery of highly scalable products.
• Manage projects in order to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget, and eventually meet the end clients in production
• Collaboration with stakeholders as Business, Product, Operations inc.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on system architecture and design
• 3+ years of experience in engineering team management, including hiring and development
• Strong proficiency in AWS, Redis, and Go programming language
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining complex, high-scale systems in cloud environments
• Ability to seamlessly transition between on-premises and cloud-based system architectures
• Proven track record of managing context switches effectively while upholding high code quality standards
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects
