We’re looking for a talented Data Engineer to join a core product team building a high-performance, scalable data platform that powers advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to design reliable pipelines, optimize data infrastructure, and enable analytics at scale. This is an opportunity to take technical ownership, contribute to architecture decisions, and build systems at the intersection of data engineering, AI, and large-scale analytics.

What You'll Do:

Build Scalable Data Pipelines

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and cloud-native technologies.

Develop ETL/ELT Workflows

Create efficient pipelines for structured and unstructured data, supporting both batch and streaming data processing.

Optimize Data Models & Warehousing

Design and optimize data models and warehouse structures to support analytics, reporting, and product insights.

Enable AI & Data Products

Work closely with data scientists and product managers to deliver reliable datasets that power AI-driven features and analytics.

Improve Data Reliability

Implement best practices for data quality, monitoring, testing, and reliability across the data platform.

Contribute to Data Architecture

Participate in architectural planning and continuous improvement of the data infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with the modern data stack including tools such as Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake, and related batch/streaming frameworks
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Firestore, Cloud Storage)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and distributed data processing
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows for data systems
• Familiarity with Git and automated testing for data pipelines
• Passion for building clean, reliable, and scalable data infrastructure

Nice to Have:

• Background in real estate, finance, or other data-intensive industries
• Experience with Firebase for real-time data integration
• Exposure to machine learning workflows and feature engineering
