Program Manager – Mega Projects (Defense & Transportation)
Bynet Integrated Projects specializes in initiating, planning, managing, and executing mega projects in the ICT domain, with national significance. Our projects span defense, transportation, smart campuses, and more.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead large-scale, multidisciplinary ICT projects. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, partners, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of program management across commercial, technological, and project aspects
- Define program goals and execution strategy
- Manage project teams, client relations, partners, and subcontractors
- Oversee project budgets, progress tracking, and risk management
- Ensure program quality standards
- Report program progress and risks to senior management and the CEO
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or leading a business unit with multi-million-dollar budgets (tens of millions per year)
- Experience managing mega projects of significant scale
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders: building partnerships, leading negotiations
- Strong technical understanding
- Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple interfaces
- Fluent in English (high level)
