In-House Technical Writer (HVAC Experience Preferred)

Location: Har Tuv / Bet Shemesh, Israel (in office only)

Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Israel Hours)

Ephoca is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Documentation Agent to manage product documentation for Ephoca’s HVAC systems. You’ll coordinate the creation, organization, and upkeep of everything from technical manuals and product data sheets to installation guides, service instructions, and warranty materials.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including product manuals, installation guides, system specifications, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to gather and translate complex technical information into easily understandable documents.
• Create and manage online help systems, knowledge bases, and technical content for both internal and customer-facing use.
• Ensure all documentation is aligned with industry standards and best practices for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Update and revise documentation as needed based on product updates or feedback from teams and users.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a technical writer, with a strong portfolio of technical documentation (HVAC experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, terminology, and industry standards.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information for various audiences.
