Partnerships Operations Manager

We are looking for a Partnerships Operations Manager to support the management and development of the company’s strategic partnerships. This role combines business ownership with hands-on operational and analytical work and requires the ability to manage complex relationships while ensuring consistent value delivery for both partners and the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain day-to-day relationships with strategic partners, ensuring smooth ongoing collaboration and high service standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, from onboarding, handling operational matters, resolving issues, to coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Monitor partner performance through data and reports, identify recurring patterns, and support initiatives to improve results.
• Support the growth of existing partnerships by identifying opportunities to expand usage of existing products and solutions.
• Work with Product, Operations, R&D, and Finance teams to address partner needs and drive execution.
• Support the implementation of partnership initiatives and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Partnerships / Strategic Partnerships / Business Operations roles.
• Experience working with business partners or larger organizations and collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Experience working in a data-driven environment, including performance tracking, trend analysis, and supporting improvement processes.
• Solid business understanding and the ability to identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
