We’re Hiring: Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (60% Position) 🚀
A successful Tel Aviv-based startup is looking for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional who knows how to navigate the US market, work closely with leadership, and take ownership of hiring processes with a strategic and hands-on approach.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in US-based recruitment
- Ability to conduct interviews during US time zones
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, independent, and professional approach
- Immediate availability
The setup:
- 60% position (approximately 100 hours per month)
- Hybrid role: 2 days a week from the Tel Aviv office, the rest remote
- Working closely with the Founder
