Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Miko Professional Building Solutions Ltd, located in Beit Shemesh. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, implement business strategies, and ensure organizational goals are met. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial planning, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards in customer and client engagement. The role also involves fostering a positive work culture and developing growth opportunities within the organization.

• Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation
• Experience in operations management and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in problem-solving and handling challenging situations effectively
• Experience in the professional building or construction industry is a strong advantage
