UCT is looking for a talented Sr Manager, Lean Six Sigma to join us in Israel!

The Senior Manager, Lean Six Sigma drives operational excellence by leading the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and change‑management methods to improve efficiency, quality, and business performance. This role partners with leaders across the organization to identify strategic improvement opportunities, guide project execution, and ensure measurable, sustainable results. It oversees enterprise OPEX initiatives, conducts ongoing process assessments, leads training to strengthen organizational capability, and represents the site in global Lean forums to align and advance continuous‑improvement practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Employs Six Sigma and LEAN methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives.
• Contribute to business operations strategy development.
• Provides assistance to managers across the organization in identifying, planning and implementing Lean and Six Sigma projects that tie strongly to business strategic priorities.
• Develops improvement plans for assigned areas by developing and maintaining relationships with leaders, stakeholders and industry experts.
• Continuously measures and monitors processes, risks and controls by conducting post-implementation reviews and project follow-up.
• Oversees and manage OPEX projects aimed at cost reduction through productivity, Quality and efficient enhancement.
• Lead OPEX training events as needed.
• Represent site in Global OPEX / Lean meetings and forums.
  
  

• Vast experience in leading OPEX / Lean activities in Industrial companies (>5 years).
• Familiar with Project Management methodologies.
• Great communication skills.
• Experienced in preparing and delivering training materials.
• Familiar with IT systems (Office / ERP – SAP advantage / MES / BI / etc.).
• Good technical skills (reading technical drawings / CNC machining / etc.
  
  

• BSc – Industrial or Mechanical Engineering – Must
• Operational Excellence / LEAN / Six-Sigma Black Belt certificate – Must
• Vast experience in leading OPEX / Lean activities in Industrial companies (>5 years)
  
  

• MSc or MBA - advantage
