Payroll & Finance Specialist - Spanish+English speaker

Location: Remote

We're looking for an Payroll Admin to join a fast-growing international team and take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations in Europe. This is a key and time-sensitive position.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing payroll procedures and payroll transactions.
• Analyze compensation-related data including wages and bonuses.
• Process expense reimbursements.
• Process benefit costs, such as insurance fees and sick leave.
• Interpret and apply labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR and payroll/finance practices.
• Conduct regular audits on payroll and finance procedures and records.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast future financial needs and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements:

• Education in HR/business management is highly appreciated but not necessary.
• Background in EOR industry is a plus
• Previous work experience in Finance or a Payroll-related role, and/or a legal background (especially labor law)
• Excellent organizational skills, strong phone and email communication skills, and computer literacy (particularly MS Office applications).
• Fluent English + Spanish + Hebrew – required
