Join the Engineering & Systems Plant at IAI’s Missile and Space Systems Division and take the lead in shaping next-generation EO seeker technologies for advanced missile systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead system engineering activities for cutting-edge electro-optical (EO) seeker projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary development teams (algorithms, software, control, hardware, mechanics) from system architecture through production.
• Define system concepts and lead engineering reviews with customers in Israel and abroad.
• Oversee product transition to production, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Design and implement image processing algorithms.
• Lead matrix-managed engineering teams and drive technical execution.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics Engineering, or Physics – mandatory
• M.Sc. – an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in system engineering and matrix management – mandatory
• Proven experience with EO systems development – mandatory
• Hands-on capabilities with EO products – strong advantage
• Experience in image processing and algorithm development – advantage
• Creative problem-solving and a passion for complex engineering challenges
