UX/UI Product Designer

AU10TIX, an identity management company headquartered in Israel, provides critical, modular solutions to link physical and digital identities so that companies and their customers can confidently connect. Over the last decade, AU10TIX has become the preferred partner for customer onboarding and customer verification automation, and we continue to work on the edge of what’s next for the future of identity’s role in society.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UX/UI product designer for a part time position who is passionate about crafting impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design from Concept to Delivery: Lead the design process from initial user research and concept development to prototyping and final implementation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align user needs with business goals and bring ideas to life.
• Champion User-Centric Design: Create intuitive, visually engaging, and functional experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Contribute to Our Design System: Advocate for UX best practices and maintain design consistency across all product interfaces.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Experienced: 2+ years in product design with a portfolio showcasing UX/UI work for complex systems.
• Proficient in Design Tools: Strong skills in Figma, with experience in translating insights into effective design solutions.
• Creative Problem-Solver: Sharp and solutions-oriented, capable of tackling design challenges with a fresh perspective.
• Collaborative and Communicative: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design choices to stakeholders.
• Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Visual Communication, Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with design systems.
• Portfolio with in-depth case studies and examples of user-centered design solutions.
