Web & Digital Project Manager
Central Israel | Outsourcing Role via Cambium

Cambium is looking for a Web & Digital Project Manager to join a strategic client operating in the electric mobility industry. This role is offered through Cambium in an outsourcing model and is based in Central Israel.

The position combines product thinking, technical understanding, and strong project management skills, working closely with development, marketing, data, and IT teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Web and digital projects, from requirements and planning through development, testing, and production launch

Translate business needs from marketing, sales, and service teams into clear technical tasks

Manage and optimize Web platforms and CMS environments (WordPress or similar)

Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, UX/UI, BI, marketing, and external vendors

Manage integrations between Web platforms and enterprise systems such as CRM, service systems, BI, and marketing automation

Analyze website performance using GA4 / analytics tools and drive data-driven improvements (CRO)

Ensure quality, stability, and continuous improvement of digital assets

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Web project management or Web product management

Strong understanding of Web architecture, APIs, integrations, and digital ecosystems

Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms

Experience with GA4, GTM, and user behavior analysis

Familiarity with UX principles, technical SEO, and basic web security practices

Excellent organizational and cross-team communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with Jira or Monday

Background in SEO, marketing automation, or digital platforms

Experience working with remote development teams

Experience in organizations managing multiple digital sites
