Senior System Integrator

abra R&D is seeking a System Integrator – R&D to Production

We are looking for a hands-on and technically skilled System Integrator to support the transition of complex systems from development to production. This role includes system integration, testing, and troubleshooting across both R&D labs and production lines.

Full-time position – Based in Northern Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware and software integration activities according to project plans in both R&D and production environments
• Conduct system-level testing during advanced development stages
• Collect and escalate production issues to the appropriate teams (hardware, software, mechanics)
• Provide technical solutions for system operation under production constraints
• Support R&D labs: fault analysis, system setup, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) implementation

Requirements:

• Certified Practical Engineer (CPE) or Technician in Electronics – Must
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role – Must
• Experience working with electronic schematics – Must
• Background in board-level testing, design verification, or integrated engineering processes – Must
• Hands-on experience assembling/disassembling delicate electronic and mechanical assemblies – Must
• Experience working with both development and production teams
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments and communication protocols – Advantage
• Experience with multidisciplinary systems (hardware, software, mechanics, and communication) – Advantage
