Project Manager – Medical Device Quality & Regulatory

A leading and well-established consulting company in the medical device Quality & Regulatory field is looking for a senior Project Manager to lead complex regulatory and quality projects for innovative MedTech companies.

The company specializes in accelerating regulatory approvals for medical devices and AI-based medical software, and provides outsourced solutions in certification, quality assurance, regulatory affairs and clinical research.

Clients include multinational corporations, serial entrepreneurs and innovative startups. The team is multidisciplinary and supports international registrations, standards compliance, clinical studies, usability engineering and digital health projects.

This is a senior, client-facing role with real impact and full responsibility.

What you’ll do:

• Lead regulatory, certification, compliance and quality projects
• Manage multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee international registrations and regulatory processes
• Take full responsibility for delivery, timelines, financial targets and client satisfaction
• Work closely with innovative medical device companies

Work structure:

• Daily work at client sites
• Significant driving between Rehovot and Haifa
• Office presence in Ramat Gan required only 1–2 days per month
• The rest of the time is spent at client locations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• At least one role in Quality and/or Regulatory department in an innovative medical device manufacturing company
• Experience managing people – advantage
• High service orientation and strong communication skills
• Engineering degree – advantage
• ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification – advantage
• Valid driver’s license – mandatory
• Residence between Rehovot and Haifa (excluding Jerusalem)
