Global Controller

A global publicly traded company is seeking an experienced finance leader to head its global controllership and accounting operations.

This senior role will lead consolidated financial reporting, global accounting governance, and regulatory compliance across multiple international entities. The position works closely with senior leadership and oversees regional and corporate controllers across several geographies.

Reporting directly to the CFO

Hybrid role – Central Israel

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group financial reporting and consolidated financial statements under IFRS
• Oversee global consolidations across subsidiaries, joint ventures, and SPVs
• Ensure compliance with public company reporting and regulatory requirements
• Lead the global controllership function and maintain strong internal controls
• Manage the external audit process and relationships with auditors
• Prepare materials for board and audit committee reporting
• Lead and develop a global team of controllers
• Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting processes, and automation

Mandatory Job requirements:

• CPA (Israel) or equivalent accounting qualification
• 12–15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior controllership roles
• Experience in companies listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE)
• Strong expertise in IFRS and complex multi-entity consolidations
• Experience leading finance teams across multiple countries
• Strong executive presence and ability to work closely with senior leadership and boards
