Job Description

A leading real estate company is seeking a Resource Manager for a large-scale infrastructure mega-project. The role includes managing, tracking, and controlling overall project resources, placing resource orders, and coordinating operations between the client and the contractor.

The position requires a high level of English proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, tracking, and monitoring comprehensive project resources
• Entering data and placing resource orders within organizational systems
• Coordinating and integrating workflows between the client and the contractor
• Managing multiple interfaces, both internal and external to the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Mandatory
• Experience in a similar role – Mandatory
• High-level English proficiency – Mandatory
• Experience working with Israel Railways – Significant advantage
• Proven ability in data management and organization
• Strong ability to lead and drive processes across various stakeholders
• High level of thoroughness, order, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
