A telecommunications company needs a DBA developer as part of the CRM team.
The role includes full responsibility for management, support, maintenance, planning and performance improvement of the CRM DB.
End-to-end responsibility includes developing PLSQL logic, improving performance, control, infrastructure and Best Practices.
Areas of responsibility:
Responsibility for the DB includes end-to-end understanding and management of the existing rental infrastructures and processes to developing PLSQL logics in the CRM system.
Support and supervision of analytical products of the rental, while controlling and monitoring the content structure.
Writing logic for interfaces to high standards including performing Code Reviews.
Collaborating with infrastructure and technology teams together with joint team members and participating in professional meetings.
Working closely with the development team, infrastructure, infrastructure, analysis and even QA teams.
Performing RCA – Root Cause Analysis for complex problems.
Experience with ORACLE version 10 and above – a must.
At least 4 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in PL/SQL development – a must.
Experience working with a CRM system – a significant advantage.
Experience with GoldenGate – a significant advantage.
Degree in computer science or similar – an advantage.
