Product Manager

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various members of the game team to drive feature development to success.
• Work with Designers and Producers to create and approve necessary requirements for future features and iterations.
• Initiate comprehensive testing strategies for features that will be tested in-game.
• Review game KPIs to proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats as well as monitor performance of various game elements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive market.
  
  

• 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry (social, mobile, or casino gaming preferred)
• Experience managing the full cycle of in-game features and mechanics
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Designers, Engineers, Analysts, Producers)
• Passion for games and a deep understanding of player motivations and market trends
