Assistant Controller

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is one of the biggest constructions and infrastructure groups in the world.

We are operating in Israel for the past 30 years and doing complex projects such as Carmel tunnels and the Red Line of Tel Aviv metropolitan mass transit system.  Our company is a pivotal player in the urban transportation revolution underway in Israel that going to shape the life of millions in Tel Aviv area and Gush Dan.

Due to our business growing, our company is looking for a high-motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Assistant Controller to join our finance team.

This person will report directly to CCECC Israel VP Finance. The work will be from our HQ based in Tel Aviv.

What will you actually be doing?

·        Responsible on quarterly financial closing.

·        Manage the annual audit and tax returns

·        Oversee corporate payments to suppliers and invoicing to clients

·        Prepare analysis on various company costs such as payroll

·        Monitor budget vs. Actual reports.

·        Assist in bidding and contracts negotiation

·        Support the bookkeeping team and provide with professional guiding

·        Liaise with local banks on issues such as guarantees, bank deposits and forex transactions.

What should you bring to the table?

·        Certified CPA (Minimum 3 years experience in a CPA firm)

·        High-level English (both spoken and written)

·        Strong Excel skills

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills

·        Team player and service-oriented

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
