We are seeking a Senior Information Security Expert for a Freelance CISO role to provide ongoing guidance and consulting in the fields of cybersecurity and corporate information security.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating and leading the organizational information security strategy.
- Risk management and cybersecurity threat assessment.
- Overseeing information security policies and procedures.
- Writing, updating, and maintaining policy documents, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Providing guidance for Cyber Incident Response processes.
- Consulting on the selection of security solutions and technologies.
- Preparing the organization for compliance with standards and regulations (ISO 27001, Privacy Protection Regulations, etc.).
- Conducting information security awareness training for employees.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in similar information security roles.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure).
- Experience with Firewall, Endpoint Security, and SIEM systems.
- Deep understanding of security standards and regulations.
- High-level communication skills and experience interfacing with company management.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management.
Advantages:
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA).
- Experience in Incident Response management.
- Familiarity with Fortinet environments.
Position Details:
- Scope: Approximately 10 monthly hours / as required.
- Location: On-site (Office), Petah Tikva.
