Job Description

AllCloud is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our elite team of experts. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, leading complex digital transformation journeys for our clients. You will be responsible for translating intricate business challenges into scalable technical solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, and driving excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Lead discovery workshops to uncover deep business needs and define long-term roadmaps based on Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end scalable solutions, balancing "out-of-the-box" functionality with sophisticated customization and integration requirements.
• Project Leadership: Own the delivery of high-impact projects, managing timelines, risk mitigation, and resource allocation to ensure successful go-lives.
• Technical Excellence: Apply advanced configuration techniques and stay ahead of the curve with Salesforce releases, ensuring the most efficient tools (Flows, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components) are utilized.
• Mentorship & Quality: Provide technical guidance and peer reviews to junior- and mid-level consultants, maintaining the highest standards of Quality Assurance.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage complex relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
  
  

• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds are a must).
• Characterization: Proven track record of writing comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD) for large-scale enterprises.
• Technical Depth: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security models, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Middleware).
• Leadership: Experience leading project teams or sub-teams in an Agile environment.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex architectural challenges and performance bottlenecks.
• Communication: Fluent English (oral and written) with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  
  

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect. Specialized certifications (CPQ, Field Service, or Marketing Cloud) are a significant plus.
• Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Consulting Background: Previous experience in a global consulting firm or a Salesforce Gold/Platinum Partner.
