DeFi Strategy & Yield Analyst (Crypto)

About the Role

Lewis Hamilton Investments is looking for a DeFi Strategy & Yield Analyst to support research, evaluation and execution of decentralized finance strategies across multiple blockchain ecosystems.

This role focuses on identifying yield opportunities, monitoring DeFi protocols and supporting digital asset allocation strategies. You will analyze lending platforms, liquidity pools and staking systems while tracking protocol developments and market conditions.

The position is suited for candidates who actively use DeFi tools and understand how decentralized protocols operate in real market environments.

• Research and evaluate DeFi protocols across multiple blockchain ecosystems.
• Monitor yield strategies including lending, staking and liquidity provision.
• Track protocol performance, APY changes and liquidity conditions.
• Analyze token economics and governance updates.
• Prepare structured reports on DeFi opportunities and protocol risks.
• Monitor DeFi market trends and emerging narratives.
• Support internal strategy discussions related to digital asset allocation.

• Hands-on experience interacting with DeFi protocols and Web3 tools.
• Strong understanding of lending markets, liquidity pools and staking mechanics.
• Familiarity with major DeFi ecosystems such as Ethereum, Arbitrum or similar networks.
• Analytical mindset and ability to structure research clearly.
• Strong interest in decentralized finance and digital asset markets.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Base Salary: USD 130,000 – 165,000 per year

Token Allocation: Performance-based token incentives linked to strategy performance

Legacy: Long-term DeFi strategy role within a digital asset investment environment
