We’re hiring a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing and repair operations for our global fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement requests, source suppliers/ports, purchase spare parts, and oversee full logistics to vessels.
• Handle global repair requests: locate workshops, coordinate services, and track completion with service reports.
• Maintain continuous communication with local & international suppliers and resolve technical/repair issues.
• Coordinate efficient shipment logistics for deliveries worldwide.
• Approve invoices against purchase orders and support different projects in the department per needs

We are looking for:

• Academic education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field - a must. M.A.-an advantage
• 1-2 years professional experience as a buyer in purchasing department -an advantage
• Professional knowledge (practical engineer in the technical field. Preference to Naval academy graduate) – an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in reading of technical specification/drawings – an advantage.
• Good command of English – level of negotiation and expression - a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - A must, Experience with SAP – an advantage
