Data Scientist – AI Research & Development

The center will operate as part of a worldwide AI organization with leadership based in Europe.

Our vision is led by a global Head of Data Analytics & AI, known for building centers of excellence focused on strategic, ethical, and business-driven AI.

The potential is vast — from early diagnosis in healthcare, personalized digital products, and smart devices,

to predictive analytics and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Data Scientist to lead cutting-edge AI research in medical imaging.

This role focuses on predictive analytics, disease progression modeling, and the development of scalable,

responsible AI solutions in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop novel AI methodologies for medical imaging and diagnostics

• Design and optimize deep learning models (e.g., CNNs, Vision Transformers, GANs)

• Integrate advanced techniques such as multimodal, self-supervised, and federated learning

• Address AI fairness and bias mitigation in healthcare applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring research into clinical use

• Contribute to scientific publications, patents, and research grants

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Biostatistics, or a related field

• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and Azure-based data workflows

• Strong knowledge of interpretable AI (XAI), medical imaging data (DICOM/PACS),

and regulatory-compliant model validation
