Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of our operational teams, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and performance. This senior role involves responsibility for a large team and requires managing a dynamic environment across morning, evening, and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and guide operational teams, setting priorities, tasks, and goals.
- Coordinate overall operational planning to maximize resource utilization and achieve targets.
- Allocate manpower and resources efficiently while maintaining safe work practices.
- Lead emergency response teams and act as the first line of action in critical situations.
- Develop and improve workflows through monitoring, supervision, and reporting.
- Manage interfaces with support teams and various departments across the organization.
- Conduct briefings and prepare operational reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, employee observations, and shift monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial & Management / Mechanical / Logistics) – mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large and complex operational systems.
- Proven experience managing 50+ employees, including direct management of team leaders.
- Experience with operational routines, KPIs, and reporting.
- High-level English skills – speaking, reading, and writing.
- Availability to work morning, evening, and night shifts (24/7).
