About the Role 

Are you a DevOps Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a DevOps Lead to join our growing team in Bnei Brak. This is a unique "Player-Coach" role designed for a highly technical engineer who wants to maintain their hands-on edge while beginning their journey in leadership and project strategy.

In this role, you won't just be managing infrastructure; you’ll be the bridge between our high-level business goals and technical execution. You will lead diverse projects for our customers and mentor a small, talented team of DevOps engineers to success.

This role is a full-time, hybrid role, taking place at our office in Bnei Brak. A security clearance will be required and initiated by us.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Deliver: Act as the technical lead for multiple customer-facing projects, ensuring high-scale infrastructure is delivered on time and according to spec.
• Mentor & Grow: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a small team, helping them solve complex blockers and grow their skill sets.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with company leadership to align our DevOps roadmap with broader organizational goals and customer needs.
• Hands-on Architecture: Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), and Kubernetes-based environments at scale.
• Internal Platforming: Treat our infrastructure as a product, improving the developer experience (DevEx) across the entire R&D department.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership Potential: You don’t need a previous "Lead" title, but you must demonstrate a natural ability to mentor others and take ownership of end-to-end projects.
• Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation.
• Customer Facing: Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew, with the ability to discuss technical requirements with external stakeholders/customers.
