We are looking for an experienced and insightful Senior Product Analyst with a specific focus on Platform Analytics to join our Product Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience of our platform by analyzing and interpreting usage data, monitoring feature adoption, and supporting new feature launches with data-driven insights. This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for understanding user behavior and platform dynamics, alongside experience in tracking and optimizing key metrics that influence platform success and user satisfaction.

Your insights will directly influence feature development and enhance the platform's usability, performance, and scalability.

As a Senior Product Analyst specializing in Platform Analytics, you will be instrumental in advancing our platform's data-driven approach by focusing on:

• Analyzing platform usage patterns and deriving actionable insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction
• Supporting the development of new features by monitoring early adoption, user interactions, and performance
• Partnering with Product Managers to establish and track key feature KPIs, assessing impact, and recommending enhancements
• Developing dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders
• Collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to understand and address user pain points, drive improvements and reduce churn
• Continuously enhancing our analytics processes and data platforms to support agile and accurate insights for platform optimization

• 6+ years of experience in Analytics, Product, or Platform domains, including roles such as Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
• B.Sc or equivalent studies with extensive hands-on projects
• A Master's degree - An advantage
