About Nanovel:

Nanovel builds Physical-AI robotics to transform agriculture—scaling R&D into commercial field systems.

Reports to: CEO

Role summary

The Deputy CEO — is the CEO’s operational partner, leading international product evaluation programs and scaling manufacturing

Key responsibilities

Lead multi-country product evaluations and pilots (design, site coordination, data, go/no-go).

Scale manufacturing, suppliers, and logistics for pilot→commercial volumes.

Manage partnerships, regulatory compliance, and risk across markets.

Hire and lead operations, program management, and field teams.

Track operational KPIs and report to CEO/board.

Qualifications

8+ years in senior ops/program roles; 3+ years in executive or deputy capacity preferred.

Experience with robotics, agtech, or complex hardware and running international field trials.

Proven manufacturing/supply-chain scale-up experience.

Strong program management, stakeholder, and financial skills.

Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.

BS/MS (MBA desirable).
